Reporting to the AI Factory Services Manager of the Business Innovation and Development Unit of BSC, you will support all the technological platforms necessary for the operation of the AI Factory, such as the central AI Factory Platform, project management software, customer relationship management (CRM), collaborative tools, training management (LMS), Business Intelligence (BI), user front-end, etc., all interconnected through APIs or Webservices and back-office necessary for companies to develop new products or services related to the AI Factory. In coordination with the different strategic verticals of BSC, as well as all strategic sections, the Technology Transfer and Business Development departments.


- Management of the Project Management system
- Management of the client management platform (CRM)
- Management of the training platform (LMS)
- Management of the user front-end
- Support for AI Factory managers in all the platforms
- Coordination with AI Factory Service Protocols
- Prepare reports on platform usage
- Analyze potential updates or improvements in the use of platforms available for the AI Factory
- Education
- University degree in Computer Science or related fields
- Essential Knowledge and Professional Experience
- More than 2 years in the management of transversal platforms, integration, and information management between platforms.
- Knowledge in project management, Agile methodologies, Scrum, etc.
- Experience with project management tools.
- Knowledge in data management methodologies.
- Knowledge of software libraries.
- Understanding of the functioning of APIs and Webservices.
- Additional Knowledge and Professional Experience
- Experience working with research organizations, public institutions, or in multi-actor European projects is highly valued.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strategic thinking, proactivity, and client-centered mindset.
- Comfortable interacting with both scientific teams and business managers.
- Proficiency in English; Spanish and/or Catalan are a plus.
- Knowledge in innovation, data management practices, or similar is a plus.
- Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence and HPC will be valued.
- The position will be located at BSC within the Directors Department

- Duration: 3 years
- Holidays: 23 paid vacation days plus 24th and 31st of December per our collective agreement
- Salary: we offer a competitive salary commensurate with the qualifications and experience of the candidate and according to the cost of living in Barcelona

Development of the recruitment process
The selection will be carried out through a competitive examination system ("Concurso-Oposición"). The recruitment process consists of two phases:
- Curriculum Analysis: Evaluation of previous experience and/or scientific history, degree, training, and other professional information relevant to the position. - 40 points
- Interview phase: The highest-rated candidates at the curriculum level will be invited to the interview phase, conducted by the corresponding department and Human Resources. In this phase, technical competencies, knowledge, skills, and professional experience related to the position, as well as the required personal competencies, will be evaluated. - 60 points. A minimum of 30 points out of 60 must be obtained to be eligible for the position.
The recruitment panel will be composed of at least three people, ensuring at least 25% representation of women.
In accordance with OTM-R principles, a gender-balanced recruitment panel is formed for each vacancy at the beginning of the process. After reviewing the content of the applications, the panel will begin the interviews, with at least one technical and one administrative interview. At a minimum, a personality questionnaire as well as a technical exercise will be conducted during the process.
The panel will make a final decision, and all individuals who participated in the interview phase will receive feedback with details on the acceptance or rejection of their profile.
