Objectives
Information System and Services mission is to support in the control and manage the business aspects of BSC in a highly efficient manner through the IT systems. Briefly, this involves; collecting and analysing data and information, to assure that these are aligned with the centre’s objectives; supporting the centre’s decision making; and managing and centralising business information. Additionally, as ERP managers, our main tasks include ERP training, ERP development and maintenance, and ERP helpdesk and on-site support.
The established Information System & Services unit has been consolidated; the team is coordinated by a senior engineers in order to provide support, keep the system up to date and do perfective maintenance.
