Quantum Day @ BSC

The Network RICE (Red de Información Cuántica de España) organizes a meeting on the occasion of the creation of the Quantum Computing Group at the Barcelona Supercomputing Center (BSC). The meeting will consist of informal talks and scientific discussions among those of us who are interested in quantum computing and quantum annealing, as well as closely connected areas --error correction, quantum control, etc

Data: 22/Sep/2017 Time: 09:00

Place:

The event will take place at the "Sala de juntes del rectorat de la UPC" (marked by a star on the map). The easiest way to get there is to take the subway, green line (L3) and stop at Palau Reial. From there, it is a 5 minute walk. The building is located inside a fenced area, right next to a pool.

Primary tabs

The event is co-organized by BSC-UB and the Instituto de Física Fundamental (IFF-CSIC, Madrid), and has the support of RICE. Therefore, a reasonable amount of travel support will be possible for those coming further away from Barcelona.
If you are interested, you can email Pol Forn with your information and possible contribution, as well as an estimate of your travel costs, in case you request funding from the network. For more information, consult the official site of the event. If you are interested in attending, please confirm your assistance.
