I'm a CNRS researcher in Systems Biology, leading the group dedicated to Networks and Systems Biology for Diseases in the Marseille Medical Genetic Unit (MMG), with an affiliation to the BSC. My main interests are to develop network-based approaches to study human diseases, thanks to network modeling and network mining strategies, with a particular emphasis on rare diseases and disease comorbidities.
