Senior geophysicist at the Repsol-BSC Research Center with the following interests and background:

  • Seismic wave modelling and inversion.
  • Elastic anisotropy and poroelasticity.
  • Dynamic rupture of faults.
  • Seismology and earthquake scenarios.
  • Electromagnetic waves for geophysical applications.
  • High-performance computing.

Currently in charge of the geophysical aspects of the projects developed at the Repsol-BSC Research Center in the topics of elastic wave forward modelling (FM), reverse time migration (RTM) and full waveform inversion (FWI), as well as advising the development in controlled-source electromagnetic (CSEM) methods.
